Confidence, self-worth, happiness and courage are four aspects of my life that I wish to improve and achieve. The question is, how can I stay on target and slowly but surely make my way there? For someone who gets a new diary every January I can’t say I’ve ever come across one that includes this. Every morning I make sure to spend 10 minutes writing out the most important jobs I need to complete. Of course, if I do not complete some of my jobs by the end of the day, I make sure to reflect and ask myself why did I not manage to achieve this? I never make myself feel guilty for not completing however, I do try to use this planner to make myself as productive as I can.
Great Things That Have Happened Today:
Some days I get so caught up in myself that I forget to take a step back and reflect on the good. I think this is a brilliant idea to help increase positive thoughts and keep yourself smiling. It’s often that we focus so much on the negatives and forget to appreciate the positives. This way at the end of each day I take 10 minutes to think about all the things I am grateful for.
